Getting Started

Welcome to Netstream Online Services (NOS). Netstream is an automatic smart meter reading system developed by SBS. Netstream takes meter readings from a wide diversity of manufacturers and models, stores them securely online and makes them available to authorised users for billing and energy management purposes.

This User Guide will explain how to use NOS. Click on the menu on the left to get started. Page sections are shown on the right. Please refer to the Release Notes to view what's new in each quarterly release.
