User Entitlements

If you are a Retailer Administrator then you can manage the entitlements for other users in your organisation. Entitlements give authorisation for users to access certain information but not to others. It is important when you add a new user account in Netstream to set the entitlements to precisely what is required.

The entitlements matrix is accessed through the Admin > User Entitlements screen.

User accounts are listed by row and usage point groups by column. Ticking the box at the intersection of the two authorises the user permission to access that usage point group. An entire row or column can be set or cleared by ticking the row or column header.

Click OK to save changes.
