Communications Statistics

The Communications Statistics screen records communications attempts between Netstream and the communictaions module associated with a remote Meter or Meter Group. This can be useful for understanding intermittent communications problems or for detecting if communications have recently gone offline.

This screen is accessed from cog > View statistics menu of the Communications screen.

Use the toggle button to select the reporting period - either the last 28 days or all days.

The screen is in two parts. On the left are summary statistics for network communications and average connection times. On the right are the connection time details. Each time Netstream tries to communicate with a comms module the result is recorded and reported here.

The Network Communications panel shows the summary statistics for the reporting period.
