Meter Reading Statistics

The Meter Reading Statistics screen records communications attempts between Netstream and a remote Meter. This can be useful for understanding intermittent communications problems or for detecting if communications have recently gone offline.

This screen is accessed from cog > View statistics menu of the Meters screen.

Use the toggle button to select the reporting period - either the last 28 days or all days.

The screen is in two parts. On the left are summary statistics for meter reading attempts and average reading times. On the right are the reading time details. Each time Netstream tries to communicate with a meter the result is recorded and reported here.

The Reading Attempts panel shows the summary statistics for the reporting period.
