Special Read
The Special Read Report is used when tenants move premises. Use it to get an estimated final reading for a tenant who is moving out, or an initial reading for a new tenant moving in. Power (or water or gas) is not disconnected by Netstream when a tenant moves out, and some energy may be consumed in the interim. When billing tenants this report should be used in conjunction with the Billing Summary report to enable you to properly apportion usage amongst the different tenants within the one billing period.
To run the report, choose the Usage point Group then:
- Select the service location and usage points and click
OK
- Click either
