Retailer Settings
Use the Admin > Retailer Settings screen to modify Retailer-wide settings.
Customer Portal
SBS provides a customer mobile app mPower with Netstream. mPower provides customers with the identical utility consumption data that is available to Retailers. It allows customers to understand their consumption behaviour and is useful for resolving many billing enquiries.
mPower can be white labelled from the Retailer Settings screen in two ways:
- Retailer logo. To set the logo displayed on mPower enter the URL of a PNG or JPEG image here.
- Help Desk contact message. mPower displays this message in its help section. Typically, a Retailer would want to put some information here on how to contact the Retailer such as a phone number or website address.
Click Save
to save any changes. These are reflected in mPower immediately.
